UW ECHO in Secondary Transitions provides ongoing support for educators and state and local agencies working with students transitioning from the K-12 education systems into post-secondary education, employment and community living settings. 

Network participants could include school administrators, transition coordinators, general and special education teachers, paraeducators, case managers, school counselors, school psychologists, state agency staff, and special education service providers including OTs, PTs, SLPs, etc.

The UW ECHO in Secondary Transitions network will be discontinued for the 2019 – 2020 academic year.
