BHA Level 1 Introduction to Documentation
This course prepares Behavioral Health Aides (BHAs) to support culturally grounded prevention on the Wind River Indian Reservation.
This course teaches the basics of creating and maintaining high-quality client records. You will learn how to document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and authorizations for disclosure. The course covers common case note formats like DAP, SOAP, and DIRP.
