Full course description

UW ECHO in Secondary Transitions provides ongoing support for educators and state and local agencies working with students transitioning from the K-12 education systems into postsecondary education, employment and community living settings. 

Network participants could include school administrators, transition coordinators, general and special education teachers, paraeducators, case managers, school counselors, school psychologists, state agency staff, and special education service providers including OTs, PTs, SLPs, etc.


UW ECHO in Secondary Transitions is a collaboration with the
Wyoming Department of Education, Wyoming Department of Corrections,
and the Wyoming Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Sessions are held Tuesdays, Biweekly from 2:00 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.
via Zoom video conferencing technology.
